With a career that spans almost 30 years, including chefing in renowned kitchens in SA, the UK, the USA and Hong Kong, Niki brings a unique level of expertise and experience to each project she works on.

Niki is a trendsetter in her field with a strong sense of precision, a scientific approach to execution, creative flair as well as a thorough practical understanding of her craft that stretches into special effects. She also has an understanding that her work is not only about the creative handling of product, but also of the client in terms of nursing the product.
